When will my print ship and how long will it take?
Prints are custom printed to order, final sale and dispatched from my print lab within 72 hours.
Shipping is complimentary with times as follows:
USA - 1-5 working days
EU - 1-5 working days
Rest of world - up to 10 working days
Where do you ship?
Prints ship worldwide.
What about framing?
I offer custom framing options for US & France customers. My frames are custom made using different color solid woods.
Framed prints ship within the US and France.
Please email benedictelassalle@me.com with your preferred print size and I will provide a custom quote.
Please note I do not ship framed prints outside of the US and France.
Can I order a custom print?
Absolutely. Please email benedictelassalle@me.com with your preferred image and sizing. Custom orders come hand signed, printed on heavyweight museum-grade paper with archival pigment inks.
Where are your prints made?
My photographs are printed in Oakland, CA and I ship worldwide.
I made a mistake and need to update my order!
