Trona Wonderland

The Trona Pinnacles is one of the most unusual geological features in the California Desert.

The unusual landscape consists of more than 500 tufa spires (porous rock formed as a deposit from springs of streams), some as high as 140 feet rising from the bed of a dry lake basin.

We were lucky to spend one night with our camper vans and to fully enjoy a sunset and a sunrise. The soft light and colors are just perfect, making it a unique backdrop for any photoshoot.
